About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce solutions and talent acquisition services, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' digital products and platforms are accessible to all users.

As an Accessibility Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive accessibility testing on web and mobile applications, identifying and documenting issues, and providing recommendations for remediation. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to integrate accessibility into the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1, ADA, and Section 508. You will be proficient in using automated accessibility testing tools, such as Axe, and have experience with manual testing methods. Your strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will enable you to provide training and support to colleagues on accessibility best practices.
