About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Highland Avenue Family Dentistry. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and building long-term relationships with our community.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000, including a guaranteed base salary and uncapped earning potential. You will also have access to unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and continuing education opportunities.

As a General Dentist at Highland Avenue Family Dentistry, you will work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, with the ability to tap into a robust mentorship program and a network of over 1600 supported doctors. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must hold a DDS/DMD degree and have an active and unrestricted license in the state of Michigan.
  • You should have clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
  • You should be committed to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
