Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the service department with a friendly demeanor
- Communicate vehicle service requirements to technicians effectively
- Encourage additional service offerings through ethical sales practices
- Provide precise estimates for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with vehicle care standards
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repairs
- Manage and offer extended warranty options
- Assess repair quality and confirm completion of services
- Notify clients when their vehicles are ready for collection
- Clarify repair details and costs with customers
- Professionally address and resolve customer inquiries
- Report any concerns to the Service Manager
- Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
