DRAM Product Engineer

At Apple, we're committed to innovation and excellence in every aspect of our products. As a DRAM Product Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing the next-generation memory solutions that power our devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop DRAM memory solutions that meet Apple's performance, power, and cost requirements.
  • Design and develop DRAM memory controllers, PHYs, and other related components.
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of DRAM memory solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to ensure that designs meet Apple's quality and reliability standards.
Requirements:
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DRAM design and development.
  • Strong understanding of DRAM memory architectures, including DDR, LPDDR, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
