Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Signal Processing Techniques and operation
• Experience in the design and integration of sensor systems
• Proven leadership experience
• Proficient with performance tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or other acquisition and processing software
• Secret Security Clearance required

Desired Skills:
• Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Experience
• Experience with MBSE tools such as Rhapsody, Cameo MagicDraw, etc.
• Experience with MBSE architecture frameworks such as DoDAF, FEAF or SEAE
• Requirements management tool experience
• Familiarity with Linux Operating System and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience operating complex RF test equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.
• Experience integrating and troubleshooting complex systems
• Experience conducting structured test cases
• Experience with Configuration and Data Management
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with modern DevOps tools and principles
