Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process System Engineer to join our team at KCO Resource Management. As a key member of our dairy industry team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing projects focused on efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and equipment.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve chronic issues.
  • Support process development and commercialization of new products.
  • Partner with product development to ensure feasibility and trialing of new ingredients and products.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
  • Travel as needed to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • PhD/Masters/Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree or relevant scientific field of study.
  • 5+ years of food and dairy industry experience, with 2+ years of dairy plant experience.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma are highly beneficial.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering and/or data analysis of processes and ingredient functionality/handling.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer-packaged product processes and line equipment.
  • Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
