We are looking for a highly experienced Director, Private Client Solutions to join our client's team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking and wealth management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results to high net worth clients.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a high degree of autonomy and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue for the Family Office Services team, as well as providing guidance and direction to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and revenue for the Family Office Services team.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious client and make a significant impact on their business.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in private banking and wealth management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional results to high net worth clients.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
