Job Overview

Complete Coach Works is seeking a skilled Vehicle Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will be responsible for conducting routine and non-routine inspections of raw materials and transit vehicles to ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Maintain, test, and troubleshoot instrumentation devices.
  • Track defects, test results, and other regularly reported quality control data.
  • Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points.
  • Identify and address potential problems before they occur.
Requirements
  • Related training or experience as a QC Inspector or equivalent with heavy trucks or buses.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude in heavy trucks or buses.
  • Valid CDL A or B with Passenger Endorsement or willingness to obtain a Passenger Endorsement within 6 months of employment with CCW.
  • Mechanical knowledge of air brakes and air systems.
  • Electrical knowledge is a plus.
  • Computer skills including Word and Excel. Access is a plus.
