Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our team at Mettler Toledo. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and marketing designated products to customers in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted sales and service campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer contact information within the SAP CRM system.
  • Track and analyze sales and service metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience working in a call center environment or related telephone call operation.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in formal and informal cross-functional teams.
