About the Role

Mettler Toledo is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and marketing designated products to customers in the US and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute telemarketing strategies to reach new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Qualify sales leads by assessing customer needs, budget, and buying authority.
  • Nurture leads and build relationships with customers through ongoing, informative dialog.
  • Provide monthly updates to management on business trends and sales opportunities.
  • Track and record all outbound and inbound calls in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Prior experience working in a call center environment or related telephone call operation is desired.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
