Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide a warm welcome, setting the tone for a memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Guide guests through our beverage menu, offering descriptive recommendations and expert advice.
  • Take accurate orders, confirming special requests and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to provide exceptional service.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
  • Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages, maintaining a well-stocked bar.
  • Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables.
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes and portion control.
  • Input orders into the register and create checks for each guest.
  • Secure the bar area, locking up and storing equipment, and depositing cash drops.

Requirements

  • Neat and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
  • Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
