About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Judd Wire, a leading manufacturer of high-technology wire and cable. As an APG System Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Coordinate Sales and Customer Service Activities: You will be responsible for managing and coordinating inside sales and customer service related responsibilities for assigned accounts, including qualifying new opportunities and communicating information to appropriate personnel.
  • Process Customer Purchase Orders: You will accept, review, and process customer purchase orders, order entry, order changes, and confirmations, ensuring that customer-specific instructions are followed and accuracy of all information entered into our BPCS system.
  • Liaise with Customers and Suppliers: You will serve as a liaison between Judd Wire, foreign factories, and customers regarding orders, expedites, samples, quotations, specifications, and shipping documents, working with factories' engineers to ensure samples, quotations, and orders are properly processed.
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries and Complaints: You will respond to customer inquiries and complaints, including but not limited to, samples, NAFTA certification, IMDS, RoHS compliant, specifications, and shipping information.
  • Document and Maintain Records: You will document and maintain ISO and TS requirements, as well as standard practices and policies, and maintain the central, open/closed, quote, and engineering files.
  • Perform Visual Quality Control Inspections: You will perform visual quality control inspections for incoming finished products packaging, reporting visually detected discrepancies to appropriate internal personnel.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Business or Technical Field: You must have an Associate's degree in business or a technical field, or 3 to 5 years of practical experience in similar sales functions in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently, part of a team, and well under pressure.
  • Computer Literacy and Proficiency: You must be computer literate with the ability to produce timely, accurate, and professional correspondence.
  • Positive Attitude and Desire to Learn: You must have a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with our company.
