Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics. Your primary focus will be on improving the overall employee experience, HR efficiencies, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Manage and maintain all HR systems, including HCM and Applicant Tracking software.
  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and deliver engaging employee content, including training and benefits videos/materials.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Effectively manage grievances and violations, invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Report to the Vice President by analyzing data and using HR metrics to make informed recommendations.
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
  • Monitor employee new hire training for efficacy and develop strategic goals to track and improve employee ongoing training needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources in a strategic capacity; 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources field; or a combination of experience/education.
  • Excellent knowledge of HCM/Applicant Tracking software; knowledge of HCM system module build and maintenance.
  • Amazing attention to detail, unwavering quality standards, and eye for catching errors.
  • Desire to consistently improve, update, and refine existing processes and technology.
  • Knowledge of organizational compliance requirements.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
