About the Role

This Executive Support Specialist position requires providing analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive and Operations managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations for decision-making purposes.
  • Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track progress and manage information.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's degree, a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
