Summer Analyst Program

Our Summer Analyst Program is a ten-week internship experience designed to provide a unique opportunity to learn and grow within our organization. As a Summer Analyst, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of our business, working closely with our experienced team members to gain a deep understanding of our culture and operations.

Responsibilities

As a Summer Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing in-depth integrated fundamental and ESG research on companies and industries
  • Recommending and investing in equities using a fundamental approach that matches our investment philosophy
  • Building out industry knowledge, including industry dynamics, competitors, technology disruption risks, and material ESG issues
  • Preparing financial models
  • Participating in research calls, virtual conferences, and interactions with corporate management teams
  • Staying current with market conditions and informed of research and information regarding our holdings
  • Participating in ad-hoc research projects
  • Providing client support
  • Assisting with investment management relationships in areas such as sales and marketing, as well as ongoing reporting
Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration, you must be a projected 2026 graduate and in good standing at your school. A concentration in Economics, Business, or Finance is desirable, and prior internship experience in asset management is a plus.

Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong understanding of modeling and company valuation work
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prompt follow-up and responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and/or FactSet
Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $48/hour. Hourly rate for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
