Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Personal Banking team to achieve team goals and objectives, including increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist clients with opening new accounts, managing existing accounts, and providing information on bank products and services.

Requirements
