About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading biotech client on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will report directly to the [Senior Corporate Counsel][SVP, Legal & General Counsel] and be responsible for drafting Board of Directors and Committee notices, agendas, minutes, consents, and resolutions. You will also assist in entity management, updating records for different states, and managing state qualifications and filing of annual reports and licenses.
