Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Assembly Coordinator to join our team at Re:Build Manufacturing New Kensington. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of machinists and operators, coordinating production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate activities of a small team of machinists and operators
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production personnel to ensure seamless production operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels and production data
  • Analyze and address quality and process issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality, and other shop personnel
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting leadership position. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
