Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and guidance to a student in a classroom setting.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with the student, teachers, and other school staff.
- Assist the student with daily tasks and activities, such as homework completion and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the student's teachers and other school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to discuss student progress and receive feedback.
- Follow all department-specific policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to follow a schedule and maintain routine
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
