Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and crew members
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day activities
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Participate in meetings and pre-cruise briefings
  • Oversee deck settings and coordinate buffets and table invitations
  • Assist servers and server assistants with table service

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality essential
  • Must possess a service orientation and be able to work extended periods without sitting
  • Must be able to walk stairs and lift heavy items
  • Will be required to be available for work on all major holidays
