Benefits and Features for the Geriatrician / Internal Medicine Physician:

Role Overview:
- Full-time position consisting of 34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours.
- Flexible four-day work schedule.
- Opportunity to engage in geriatric consultations, home visits, and nursing home rounding.
- Minimal backup call responsibilities, typically 1-2 times per month, with additional pay for evening/weekend shifts.
- Average patient load of 16 during an 8-hour shift.
- Optional involvement in Adult Medicine hospital rounding.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Mission-driven with experience in serving diverse patient populations.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics, along with a valid medical license.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
