Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide primary care services to a diverse patient population, including programs for HIV, Sports Medicine, Geriatrics, Transgender Care, Homeless Care, Substance Abuse Treatment, and High Risk Maternity. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to mission-driven care and experience working with a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and chronic disease management
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide high-quality care
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current medical license in Massachusetts
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience working in a FQHC or community health setting
- Strong commitment to mission-driven care and working with a diverse patient population
- Competitive salary range of $200,000-$230,000 depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance
- Relocation stipend of $10,000
- Opportunity to participate in NHSC/HRSA loan repayment program
- 4-day work week option
