Compensation:

$2.13 + Tips

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and requests, referring to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) as needed to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate guest feedback and any challenges to the Banquet Captain.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by reviewing all banquet event orders and consulting with the Banquet Captain before events to discuss any special requirements.
  • Greet guests with a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Confirm with the Banquet Captain that the room setup meets guest expectations.
  • Execute all banquet functions according to customer specifications and special requests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and proper care of tableware and serving equipment to minimize breakage.
  • Ensure all banquet equipment is kept in excellent working condition.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards and maintain equipment and work areas in top condition.
  • Participate in pre-service meetings with the Banquet Captain to ensure service standards are upheld.
  • Inspect all banquet rooms daily and report any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department immediately.
  • Report any suspicious activities and hazardous conditions without delay.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas at all times.
  • Adhere to safe work practices for all banquet staff, including compliance with company and departmental safety protocols and proper handling of all relevant equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Commitment to high-quality standards for service and production.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
  • Focus on customer service.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • Previous experience in banquet service is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA.
