Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical advice in areas including space-based systems, multi-domain operations, and RF technology research and publications.
  • Conduct mission analysis and develop RF and Software Defined Radio (SDR) reference architectures, ensuring they meet operational needs.
  • Oversee comprehensive testing and measurement processes to inform future design and development strategies.
  • Formulate and execute policies, standards, and recommendations for RF force design.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory and security standards, while performing risk assessments.
  • Adopt Agile methodologies for effective program management and iterative development.
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning to set SMART goals, milestones, dependencies, and identify program risks.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, with experience in a Special Access Program (SAP) or SCI environment.
  • Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent industry experience in RF, Electronic Warfare technology, electromagnetics, or electronic weapon systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with Radar Cross Section (RCS) measurements.
  • Proven background in Systems Engineering.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $195,000 - $230,000.
  • Benefits include Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 20 days of paid time off, and 11 federal holidays.
