Key Responsibilities:- Lead electrical teams on the job site to ensure timely and safe project completion
- Develop and implement project schedules and resource allocation plans
- Conduct regular site safety evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics
- 8,000 hours of equivalent work experience or completion of an apprenticeship program
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
