Integrated Health Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and act as a liaison between external customers and medical staff.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, who can assess the urgency of customer calls and direct them accordingly. You will work closely with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assess their urgency
  • Triangulate and direct calls to relevant departments or personnel
  • Act as a liaison between customers and medical staff to resolve issues and answer queries
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
