Customer Service Leadership Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Leadership Expert to join our team at Kroger - Milan. As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience through exceptional service and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities- Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
- Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department, responding to customer inquiries and making suggestions about products.
- Assist with monitoring and controlling supply expenses, managing cash control, sales, and cash items, as well as scheduling Front-end associates to provide adequate department coverage.
- Collaborate with Front-end associates to promote teamwork and achieve desired results.
- Stay up-to-date with present, future, seasonal, and special ads to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Prior retail or customer service experience, preferably in a management role.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Management experience in a similar industry.
- Second language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing).
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
