Key Responsibilities- Sales and Profit: Analyze and follow up on sales and profit KPIs for the department, ensuring that actions are taken to maximize selling.
- Team Management: Manage the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning of team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that H&M Customer Service standards are always delivered through active coaching and leading by example.
- Store Operations: Participate in executing store routines and tasks, including but not limited to, the delivery truck, garment processing, reductions, department moves, and price changes.
- Loss Prevention: Actively prevent loss and ensure that the department follows appropriate safety and security guidelines.
- Communication: Deliver clear communication to the store team on business performance, company culture, and training focuses through daily meetings and participating in weekly leadership meetings.
- Experience: 1-2+ years of transferrable experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Skills: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items for a short distance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: English (fluency required).
- Competitive Salary: $21.87-$24.60 hourly.
