Overview

Lankford & Battle Agency is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing policy change requests, and maintaining knowledge of our products.


Responsibilities
  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Secure all necessary documents from customers to ensure accurate processing.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program to encourage customer loyalty.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity to increase sales.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact to ensure accurate customer information.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
