About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Specialist to join our team at Foundation Health Partners. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a critical role in enhancing professional practice through education and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and provide guidance to staff and leaders based on results.
  2. Design and deliver programs that support the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.
  3. Facilitate assessment and identification of ongoing learning needs for staff development programs.
  4. Provide leadership, positive role modeling, and critical thinking skills to facilitate staff development.
  5. Serve as a liaison between all disciplines by effectively communicating, educating, and problem-solving.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
  • Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional certification.
  • Previous experience in an education or leadership role.
