Job Title: Business Process Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Partner to join our team at Aither Health. This role is responsible for improving organizational efficiency by documenting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation: Organize meetings with department heads and key personnel to gather detailed information on existing processes.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Standardization: Develop standardized processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Process Mapping: Create comprehensive process maps and documentation that clearly outline each step of a process.
- Micro-Trainings: Develop and implement micro-training sessions to educate employees on new or updated processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure that process changes are feasible and align with organizational goals.
- Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into process development and improvement efforts.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on process improvements and their impact on efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business process management, process documentation, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and gather necessary information.
- Several years of industry experience.
- Experience in developing and conducting training sessions.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, salaried position. Work is primarily conducted in an office environment or hybrid. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
Compensation: 85K-100K
