The Educational Empowerment Group is seeking a Director of Student Affairs to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in education administration to lead our student affairs department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote student well-being and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to student conduct, discipline, and attendance.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents on matters related to student conduct and discipline.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop effective classroom management strategies and improve student behavior.
  • Assist the Principal with student expulsions and other disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and report on student incidents and trends to inform school-wide initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Principal to develop and implement programs that promote student engagement and motivation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in education administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in student conduct and discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
