About the Role

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct morning start-up and evening shutdown procedures for equipment, including boilers, air compressors, pumps, and valves.
  • Handle regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning lint traps, shaker screen barrels, and checking oil and water levels.
  • Complete general and basic repairs on machinery, following manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules and documenting processes.
  • Identify and report major repairs needed on machinery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of two years of maintenance engineering experience, with specific knowledge of machinery, electricity, electronics, and plumbing, welding, and boiler applications.
  • Experience with mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading repair manuals and schematics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand or move through the plant during the workday, with occasional stooping, pulling, pushing, and working in cramped areas.
