Job Title: Paper Mill Production Worker
Job Summary:
Inland Empire Paper Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Worker to join our team at our Millwood, Washington facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality paper products.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain paper and pulp manufacturing machinery and forklifts
* Work in an industrial environment with rotating shifts, including days and nights
* Lift up to 50 pounds and pass a physical abilities test
* Have some computer experience and be able to work a flexible schedule
* Work overtime as needed and be available to work some weekends and holidays
Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate of $20 to $26 per hour, plus shift premiums
* Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) retirement plan, and 13 paid holidays per year
