We invite you to be a part of our esteemed institution as a Full-time Postdoctoral Associate within the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB). This position focuses on enhancing undergraduate biology education through the exploration of Vision and Change (V&C) principles in biology curricula across diverse educational settings. Working closely with Drs. Brian Couch and MacKenzie Stetzer, your role will involve data analysis, survey development, and classroom observations of instructors utilizing open educational resources (OERs).
Key Responsibilities
- 40% conducting experimental research
- 40% performing data analysis
- 20% sharing findings through presentations and scholarly articles
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in biology, biology education research, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in educational research methodologies and statistical analysis
- Genuine interest in the influence of OERs on undergraduate learning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in project management
This position is initially appointed for one year, with the potential for extension based on performance. It also allows for a degree of remote work flexibility.

Salary range: NIH minimum = $61,000
