Job Title: Occupational Health Specialist

Health Conservation Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our mobile health services team, you will be responsible for providing audiometric screening services to client employees in various industrial settings across the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audiometric screening services for client employees, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
  • Provide training to client employees on hearing conservation protocols, using a scripted approach to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Travel extensively throughout the United States, utilizing a company-provided vehicle to reach client sites.
  • Work a variety of daily testing schedules, including late sessions, early morning sessions, and straight day or night sessions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
