We are seeking skilled automotive technicians who are dedicated to providing outstanding service, fostering innovation, and pursuing personal growth.

As experts in their field, the ideal candidates will be well-organized and possess extensive knowledge in both automotive and diesel mechanics.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate necessary repairs and tasks to clients
  • Execute repairs and conduct scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Electrical, Hydraulic, Suspension, Brake, and Air systems
  • Utilize vehicle computer systems to interpret failure modes and determine appropriate repairs
  • Respond to service calls for urgent repairs
  • Conduct safety assessments on vehicles and equipment
  • Complete all required documentation related to repairs, including parts and labor time
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer operations and basic functions
  • Work independently while maintaining high productivity levels
  • Build and sustain positive working relationships with customers and vendors
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy truck and equipment maintenance
  • ASE Certification is preferred
  • Must provide personal hand tools suitable for job functions
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with customers
  • Proficient in using mobile devices, navigating applications, and utilizing email for documentation and communication
  • Able to learn new platforms quickly
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Punctual, able to follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle various responsibilities

Compensation:
Includes vacation pay

Salary Range:
$56,000 - $80,000 / year
