- 3+ years of experience as a Technician in an automotive service department.
- Valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, including drug screening and background investigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
