Role Summary: This position involves assessing the eligibility of home, dwelling fire, and earthquake insurance programs. You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service while aiding in the expansion of our business. Comprehensive training will be available for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, assess, and process insurance quotes, applications, and policy documentation.
- Provide assistance with inquiries regarding coverage, requests, and administrative duties.
- Respond efficiently and courteously to assigned tasks.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience is preferred, along with a relevant license. Strong communication abilities and proficiency in computer skills are essential.
Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
