Job Title: Project Manager

At 321, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Creative & Digital Marketing Project Management team. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various marketing and digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within specifications
  • Facilitate project meetings and manage project schedules
  • Monitor and report on project status, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in a client-facing capacity
  • Sufficient professional experience managing successful client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Wicked strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter drive
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, solve problems effectively
  • Mac and Google Suite proficient
