Role Summary
As a Nurse Practitioner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our aesthetic treatments are delivered safely, effectively, and efficiently. We seek Medical Professionals who not only provide expert care but also educate and guide our clients towards achieving optimal aesthetic results.
We are in search of a Nurse Practitioner to carry out non-invasive aesthetic procedures and treatments, which may include Laser Hair Removal, Injectables, Ultherapy Skin Lifting, Cool Sculpting, and Skin Rejuvenation. Our Medical Professionals receive comprehensive training to perform all services in line with established protocols, organizational policies, and relevant standards. Please note that treatment responsibilities may vary by state.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:
- Proactively recommend, promote, and educate clients about medical aesthetic services and products while performing treatments.
- Assess clients' suitability for various aesthetic procedures and provide education on the treatment process, including pre- and post-treatment guidelines.
- Ensure client safety and the efficacy of treatments through ongoing education and training.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client treatment records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring overall satisfaction and client retention.
- Engage in problem-solving by offering appropriate service solutions through critical thinking.
Operational and Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet clinic and company objectives.
- Achieve or surpass key performance indicators through consultative sales techniques.
- Drive sales initiatives and partner with the Clinic Manager to develop strategies for client retention, service improvement, and profitability enhancement.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked, including the maintenance of equipment.
- Assist in managing daily schedules to prioritize and accommodate client needs, including same-day treatments.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, leadership, and sales teams to achieve both company and personal performance goals.
- Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments as needed.
- When applicable, oversee the practice of an RN or LPN.
- Travel between clinics as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possession of an active Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state, in good standing.
- Proficient in computer and tablet usage, including contemporary software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, Salesforce).
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
- Contribute positively to the work environment with a friendly attitude and a welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent documentation skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, organization, and prioritization abilities.
