Position Summary:
As a Mixologist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unique beverages that enhance our guests' dining experiences. Your expertise in mixology will shine as you prepare and serve a diverse array of drinks, ensuring that each guest feels valued and attended to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons.
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Skillfully mix ingredients to create signature cocktails.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional service, focusing on guest satisfaction and experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating Point of Sale systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of drink preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with bar equipment and tools.
- Understanding of liquor laws and regulations.
- Current State Food Handler's License and Mixologist Permit.
Experience and Education:
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Positive demeanor and effective communication abilities.
