We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Humble Spirit, a wine country restaurant in historic downtown McMinnville, Oregon. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks with a focus on exceptional service
- Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including liquor laws and cash handling procedures
- At least one year of experience in a related field, such as bartending or mixology
- Working knowledge of drink preparation, including mixing and serving techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to learn and operate our Point of Sale system
- Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required
