About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and mentor other department employees to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist team members in achieving timely and accurate order assembly and preparation for shipment.
  • Support team members in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new associates, sharing best practices for selecting and improving overall productivity.
  • Aid in performing quality control and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' experience in warehousing required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (occasionally between 60-75 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodation for an entire shift.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think critically and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to work regularly at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training).
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask.
  • Possess excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient using the AS400 or a similar warehouse management system.
