Job Title: Group Leader Electronics

At ZephyrTech, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Leader Electronics to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our electronics team and driving the development of innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the electronics team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our system development processes.
  • Plan and manage budgets for electronics development, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Ensure that the necessary infrastructure is in place to support electronics development, including equipment, software, and personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop offers for our customers, leveraging your expertise in electronics development.
  • Work closely with department management to make strategic decisions that drive the future of our organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for electronics-related topics, providing expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Your Competencies:
  • Hold a degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Bring several years of experience in system development, with a strong understanding of processes and standards in the automotive or aviation industry.
  • Have experience working with external companies, subcontractors, and customers, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, with a high level of flexibility and customer orientation.
  • Have leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Be proficient in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
