About Our Client

Our client is a prominent international bank that offers a comprehensive range of services, including corporate lending, international trade services, treasury operations, retail banking, and correspondent banking, among others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the annual revision process for the product risk rating framework.
  • Validate the product risk rating and new product approval processes.
  • Support the enhancement of the BSA/AML and OFAC risk assessment framework.
  • Communicate sensitive information to senior management and regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Calculate control assessment scores and relay findings effectively.
  • Identify gaps and weaknesses within the organization.
  • Engage with stakeholders to discuss business operations and risk assessment support.
  • Assist with the Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) process.
  • Focus on metrics to manage existing and potential compliance risks.
  • Incorporate BSA/AML and OFAC risks into assessments.
  • Analyze various risk assessment factors.
  • Obtain and monitor sensitive documentation related to compliance procedures.
  • Maintain and track information to identify control assessment gaps and collaborate with stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services.
  • A law degree or CAMS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience with BSA/AML and OFAC risk assessments is essential.
  • Experience in direct communication with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Local candidates are preferred.
