Finished Goods Distribution Operations
Bosch manages an extensive inventory of over 25,000 automotive aftermarket part numbers, providing a comprehensive range of products for distributors and workshops, particularly in consumable parts and braking systems.
- Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment on a daily basis.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners regularly.
- Exercise sound judgment to adhere to established routines and procedures, making minor decisions as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 6S principles.
- Promptly report any equipment or facility damages.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Engage in various functions related to the shipping, receiving, and storage of parts, materials, and products.
- Prepare parts and materials for shipment, verifying quantities and packing them appropriately.
- Receive incoming shipments, unloading trucks and checking for completeness and damage.
- Document shipments and organize necessary paperwork, ensuring materials are stored correctly.
- Take precautions to prevent damage to equipment and materials due to negligence.
- Maintain a constant safety mindset to prevent injuries, considering the inherent hazards of the role.
- Take responsibility for personal work quality and productivity.
- Meet established local productivity and quality standards.
- Engage in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and reporting.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with evening shifts and potential overtime.
- Ability to lift products/materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Required to stand, walk, and bend as necessary to complete job tasks.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 months of forklift operation experience.
- Experience with Order Picker/Cherry Picker forklifts is essential.
- Experience with Fixed Mast Reach Trucks.
- OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Competence in computer skills and keyboard usage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with warehouse management systems such as SAP.

Compensation:
The U.S. base hourly wage for this full-time position is $16.75. Individual pay is determined based on various factors, including work experience, job knowledge, and role complexity.
