- Clinical Oversight:

- Collaborate with other senior leaders and departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to address concerns, provide information, and foster a positive care experience.
- Resource Management:
- Oversee the allocation of nursing resources, including staffing levels, budgets, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage nursing budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Education: Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role within a behavioral health or similar healthcare setting.
- Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Additional certifications in behavioral health nursing or related fields preferred.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading nursing teams.
- Indepth knowledge of behavioral health practices, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
