  • Resource Management:
    • Oversee the allocation of nursing resources, including staffing levels, budgets, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Manage nursing budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role within a behavioral health or similar healthcare setting.
  • Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Additional certifications in behavioral health nursing or related fields preferred.
Skills

  • Indepth knowledge of behavioral health practices, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.
