About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Coordinator in our Intermediate Care Unit. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment.

Responsibilities:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating and managing nursing care plans, evaluating current and future medical needs of patients, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Your expertise and experience will enable you to make informed decisions and provide evidence-based care to patients with complex medical conditions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Experience in cardiac monitoring/telemetry and acute care settings preferred
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with nights from 7pm-7am. Every other weekend and holiday rotations are required.
