Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the general manager to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Formulate and implement procedures for the upkeep of facilities, vehicles, and equipment.

Additional Duties:
  • Evaluate and discuss operational performance metrics with the general manager.
  • Enhance the efficiency of existing processes to strengthen the organization’s capabilities.
  • Commit to ongoing development of leadership and operational skills.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years in operations management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Preferred experience in the cleaning, restoration, or construction sectors.

Requirements:
  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
  • A valid driver's license.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Relevant industry certifications are also advantageous.


Work Environment:

This management position typically involves office work, but will also require field visits, which may include physical activities such as lifting and moving objects, as well as working in various environmental conditions.


Working Hours:

This is a full-time role, with expectations of working beyond standard hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary. Local travel is required, with potential for occasional overnight trips.
